No Upfront Fees
We offer a wide range of plans to ensure that we can find the deal that is right for you. For Loans, Re-mortgages, Right-to-Buys and Repossession Prevention we do not charge any up front fees. We work on a no loan or mortgage no fee basis. For many loans there are no fees but in some cases, and only upon completion, a loan arrangement fee may be charged. Upon completion there will be a mortgage arrangement fee, the precise amount will depend upon your circumstances, however our mortgage arrangement fee will be no more than £1,595 (Our Maximum fee).

FOR MORTGAGES the overall cost for comparison is 7.8% APR. FOR LOANS TYPICAL 12.4% APR

Early repayment charges may apply.

Please note that by repaying your borrowing over a longer term your overall interest charges will increase.
